I know what it means to be raised in church, to inherit beliefs about God and womanhood, and then to reach a point where you can no longer live by what you were given without questioning it.
I know what it means to become successful through discipline, leadership, structure, and responsibility.
And I also know what it means to realize that achievement alone cannot make a woman feel whole.
For me, mastering my masculine energy helped me build a life. Reclaiming my feminine energy helped me actually live it.

Hi, I’m the voice behind The Realistic Spiritualist. I help ambitious women reconnect with God, feminine wisdom, and embodied power without abandoning leadership, marriage, motherhood, or real-life success. I created The Realistic Spiritualist for women like me — women who know how to lead, provide, achieve, and hold everything together, but who are ready to experience spirituality in a more grounded, honest, embodied way. Raised in the Christian church, I had to question what I inherited, rebuild my relationship with God, and learn how to integrate both divine masculine and divine feminine energy. That journey transformed not only my career, but my marriage, motherhood, and inner life. Now I help other high-achieving women do the same.
